It is a turtleneck type cape with a neckline that goes up to the top of the neck and covers the entire neck.
It is easy to wear a harness, leash, etc. with double slit at the bottom of the neck in front and back.
It is comfortable to wear with the use of relaxed banding, and you can feel the warmth without stuffiness in the neck area.
It has good warmth and can be used for layering, so I highly recommend it as a stylish warm item this winter.

The brooch cannot be purchased separately and is provided with the purchase of Mamelee Harness.
