Shipping information
Free shipping on orders over 70,000 won, and a 3,000 won shipping fee for orders under 70,000 won.
(Additional charges may apply for Jeju Island and remote islands.)
Exchange and return information
Product exchange is only possible once for size exchange, and the round-trip shipping cost (6,000 won) is borne by the customer.
In case of defective product or incorrect delivery, only the same product (size, color) can be used, and the round-trip shipping cost will be borne by Cozyn.
Exchange requests must be made on the bulletin board or by phone (070-8118-7360) within 24 hours of receiving the product.
If return/exchange is not possible
Exchanges are not possible if there are signs of washing or use, or if damaged or contaminated due to the customer's negligence.
Exchanges or returns are not possible if the product has traces of attachment of the brooch.
Sale or event products cannot be exchanged or returned.
